Celebration of Art & Artists at Holualoa’s Donkey Mill Art Center

The Annual Faculty Exhibition and Reception is hosted at at the Donkey Mill Art Center in Holualoa on Friday, May 21 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. This year’s show is titled “Senseis & Sensibilities” and features recent work from the Center’s teaching staff, visiting artists and artists in residence. The evening, a complimentary celebration of the artists and art, is open to the public and includes refreshments (sake & sushi!) a live “auctionette” and silent auction with all proceeds benefiting the Donkey Mill Art Center’s many programs. Among them: art classes for children and adults, one-day workshops and presentations. The exhibition will be on display through July 3. The Donkey Mill Art Center is located just about 5 miles south of Holualoa Inn on the Mamalahoa Highway…an easy 10-minute drive! Be sure to check it out. The original works of many of the artists instrumental in the development and on-going expansion of the Art Center are on display throughout Holualoa Inn. We are proud supporters of their vision and creativity, and the great contributions of the Donkey Mill Art Center to our Hawaii Island community. Enjoy!
