Stellar Big Island Chef Morgan Star has created a three-course menu that has our mouth’s watering — your choice of homemade soup or salad, a tempting selection of 4 special entrees to choose from (including Parmesan Encrusted Ono with Meyer Lemon Beurre Blanc and a dish that has us curious: Italian Style Shepherd’s Pie with Big Island grass fed beef and creamy mashed potatoes), and dessert. All at a price that cannot be beat for Chef Morgan’s “everything house made, everything made with the finest, seasonal organic or sustainably grown ingredients” cooking. Highly recommended.
